The GIGABYTE AORUS Member Rewards Program offers participants the opportunity to earn AORUS Points, redeem rewards, receive exclusive promotional event updates, enjoy birthday benefits, and receive news from GIGABYTE. The Program is free to join and available worldwide except mainland China. Hong Kong and Macau are included.
Within the valid purchase period, members can register eligible products listed by GIGABYTE, upload a complete invoice or valid proof of purchase, provide required information, and, upon successful verification, receive AORUS Points. Approved points will be automatically credited to the member account. If the submitted invoice or proof of purchase lacks clarity or fails to match the registered product, the verification process may be delayed. AORUS Points obtained through product registration are effective only in one account. Points earned through product registration can only be applied to the account where the registration was completed. Each product serial number (SN) may be registered only and under one member account. If product registration fails due to issues with the member's account, GIGABYTE reserves the right to interpret and enforce the relevant point accumulation rules.
GIGABYTE also reserves the right to review and take action against accounts suspected of obtaining points through fraudulent or unlawful means, including but not limited to misrepresentation, forgery, or the use of invalid documents. Legal action may be pursued where necessary.
If a product is returned or exchanged, GIGABYTE has the right to invalidate registration of the returned item, and AORUS Points for the product registration will not be obtainable thereafter. Members must re-register any replacement product to earn AORUS Points. If rewards were redeemed using points obtained through the registration of a returned product, GIGABYTE reserves the right to retroactively deduct the equivalent points from the member's account following the return. If there are insufficient points in the account at the time of deduction, GIGABYTE may suspend the account’s ability to redeem further rewards until the points balance is rectified or take other appropriate actions.
GIGABYTE employees, dealers, resellers, agents, studios, system integrators, or similar entities are not eligible to participate in this Program to ensure fair treatment of general consumers and prevent abuse. If a product registration is deemed to be made for resale or wholesale purposes, the account may be flagged for abnormal activity. In such cases, AORUS points will not be awarded, and redemption rights may be suspended. Members may contact customer service to request a review if they believe their registration has been mistakenly flagged as abnormal.
The abnormal registration activity includes, but is not limited to:
(1) Registering 30 or more products within one year;
(2) Registering the same product model three or more times within one year.
Members can earn points through designated activities such as updating profile information, submitting content, engaging in community activities, and more. These activities may change without prior notice.
Members may generate a personal code to refer friends. For each successful referral (friend registers and verifies their account), the inviter earns 10 points.
- Monthly referral cap: 200 points (20 friends)
- Lifetime referral cap: 500 points (50 friends)
- Each code may only be used once per unique email address
GIGABYTE retains final decision rights on point allocation via referrals.
Redeemable items and required point amounts are listed on the 'Points & Rewards' webpage, updated regularly. GIGABYTE reserves the right to adjust reward items, including point requirements and availability, which may vary by region. For the most up-to-date information, members should refer to the latest listings available on the Points & Rewards page. If a selected item becomes unavailable for any other reason, GIGABYTE reserves the right to substitute it with an equivalent or higher-value reward item. The specific "Points" required for each reward item will be detailed on the "Points & Rewards" webpage. Points can only be redeemed when the member has sufficient balance in their account.
Redemption process:
(1) Visit the "Points & Rewards" webpage.
(2) Select the reward and follow on-screen instructions to confirm.
(3) Required points will be deducted upon submission.
(4) A confirmation email will be sent after approval.
(5) Once redeemed, rewards cannot be canceled, changed or refunded.
Images of rewards are for reference only; actual items may differ. Only the account holder may redeem rewards--proxy claims are not allowed. In case of any fraudulent activity, GIGABYTE reserves the right to take action against the member account and may pursue legal action if necessary.
Rewards are sent to the shipping address listed in the member's account or as confirmed during redemption. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 weeks after the redemption application is confirmed. GIGABYTE will cover shipping costs. GIGABYTE is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incomplete, unidentifiable, or incorrect address information. The usage of redeemed items must comply with the terms and conditions of reward provider or platform. GIGABYTE is not responsible for unredeemable rewards due to third-party restrictions or other reasons beyond GIGABYTE’s control.
GIGABYTE reserves the right to cancel any reward items at any time. If any posting or listing contains incorrect point values—whether due to system, human, or content errors—GIGABYTE may correct the issue and decline redemption requests based on those errors.
Each member may register only one account per email. Duplicate registrations are strictly prohibited. GIGABYTE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be duplicated, along with any associated AORUS Points, without prior notice.
Upon completing the registration process, members are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials, including login information and password. Accounts may not be shared, transfer, or disclose your password or account to third parties. Any activity conducted using the registered credentials will be considered the member's own, and the member will be held fully responsible for all associated actions.
To ensure fair and proper use of member services, the following conditions apply:
(1) Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information, or registering multiple accounts, may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice;
(2) If an account is terminated--either voluntarily by the member or by GIGABYTE--all AORUS Points associated with that account will be forfeited;
(3) GIGABYTE reserves the right to verify the validity of invoices or receipts uploaded to an account;
(4) AORUS Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared between accounts;
(5) Only individual natural persons may register; entities such as companies, organizations, schools, institutions, or groups are not eligible to participate in the Program.
After registering for a GIGABYTE AORUS member account, members may access their account to view registration information and AORUS Point balances. GIGABYTE will make reasonable efforts to update point balances promptly, but is not liable for delays, unauthorized transactions, or discrepancies. If AORUS Points are awarded through improper means--including but not limited to system errors, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity--GIGABYTE reserves the right to revoke those points at its discretion. GIGABYTE may also modify the expiration dates of unused points and is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies in the member's account data. GIGABYTE holds the sole authority over point balances, redemptions, and account access. All related decisions are final and binding.
If there is a dispute regarding the identity of the account holder, the account registration will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address used for registration, and the "authorized account holder" must comply with these terms and conditions. The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is granted access to an email service via the internet, or an email account provided by a specific domain for the purpose of registering and becoming a member.
AORUS Points are valid until redeemed or until their designated expiration date, based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC+0). Once expired, points will be reset to zero and cannot be restored, extended, refunded, or exchanged for cash or any other form.
AORUS Points are not personal property, do not represent any monetary value, and confer no vested rights. They may be invalidated upon Program termination, expiration, or in cases of fraudulent acquisition. GIGABYTE reserves the right to modify, remove, or invalidate unused points at its discretion.
Invoices, receipts, points, and member accounts must not be transferred, sold, traded, exchanged, or shared with any third parties by any means. Any violations, including sales via auction platforms or unauthorized transfers, will result in the cancellation of affected points and may lead to account suspension.
Each product invoice or purchase receipt may only be submitted and verified once. Resubmitted of a previously used document will be deemed invalid and will not qualify for point rewards.
GIGABYTE reserves the right to reject invoices or purchase receipts for any reason at its sole discretion. Documents deemed invalid will not qualify for AORUS Points. Grounds for invalidation include, but are not limited to, the following:
- The document is obtained from unauthorized or illegal sources, such as unauthorized online platforms, physical auctions, or sources not recognized by GIGABYTE;
- The document is not original, is difficult to authenticate, or appears tampered with, damaged, altered, duplicated, stolen, forged;
- The document has not been verified or confirmed as valid by the merchant or retailer;
- The same invoice or receipt has already been uploaded or used in a previous registration;
- The uploaded or submitted document is incomplete or incorrect;
- The document contains manufacturing, printing, or formatting errors;
The document originates from secondary recycling centers, non-approved printers, or institutions (including but not limited to hospitals or schools). Except as expressly stated otherwise in these terms, GIGABYTE bears no obligation or liability for handling or validating documents that are found to be invalid. Only invoices and receipts obtained through channels explicitly approved by GIGABYTE are eligible for participation in the Program. All decisions related to document validation are final and binding as determined by GIGABYTE.
GIGABYTE reserves the right to modify, update, and terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Such changes may include, but are not limited to:
- Monthly referral cap: 200 points (20 friends)
- Lifetime referral cap: 500 points (50 friends)
- Each code may only be used once per unique email address
GIGABYTE retains final decision rights on point allocation via referrals.
Such changes may affect the ability to accumulate or use points. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
Violations of these terms, including fraud, misconduct, or unlawful behavior, may result in account termination and point forfeiture. GIGABYTE reserves the right to seek legal remedies, including litigation and recovery of costs. All decisions regarding account and point status are final.
GIGABYTE shall not be liable or responsible for any technical issues or technical failures that may affect or disrupt the operation of the Program, including but not limited to hardware or software errors, computer malfunctions, phone, line, satellite, network, electronic equipment, network equipment, network congestion, internet, or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any internet service provider, service equipment, host, or phone provider; data transmission with errors, confusion, or mistakes; undelivered, delayed, lost, corrupted, or damaged electronic mail or messages; inability to use the website in whole or in part for any reason; unauthorized personnel or non-human intervention in the operation of the Program, including but not limited to human errors, unauthorized alterations, hacker attacks, fraud, theft, viruses, vulnerabilities, or destruction of any data or information related to the Program. Losses related to member accounts in connection with the Program include, but are not limited to, unauthorized alterations by unauthorized personnel, system intrusions by hackers leading to loss, deletion, miscalculation, or other abnormal operation of account content.
GIGABYTE shall not be responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss suffered by users or others as a result of participating in the Program, using, or downloading any information from this website. The user assumes all risks associated with the use of this website. Without limiting the foregoing, all content in the Program is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some countries or regions may not allow limitations of liability; therefore, the above limitations may not apply in certain jurisdictions.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any other content, policies, or representations related to the Program, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence and govern.
If any provision or part of this Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court with jurisdiction in that country or region, that provision shall be separated from the rest of this Terms & Conditions, and the remaining terms and conditions shall remain fully effective.
By completing the registration for GIGABYTE AORUS membership, participants confirm consent to GIGABYTE collection, processing, and use of personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. If consent is not granted, registration should not be completed. Personal information collected under the Program shall be used exclusively for Program administration and governed by GIGABYTE’s privacy policy. Participants further consent to the use of product registration and purchase data related to GIGABYTE AORUS brand products for the purpose of providing customized promotional offers and promotional activities.
Any claims or disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis only and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or private attorney general action. Waiver of the right to participate in any class action applies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Combining or consolidating individual arbitrations into a single arbitration is not permitted without the consent of GIGABYTE.
