Q Am I only able to register my product within the warranty time?
A To use product warranty, the registration of product needs to be done within product warranty time. However, you still can register your product any time after purchase. Registration without warranty could still request RMA service. The service fee will be charged based on product condition.
Q Can I cancel the RMA?

Extended Warranty
Q How to purchase extended warranty service?
A Customers may purchase an AORUS Extended Warranty at the time of registration for eligible product. If registration is within 90 days of the purchase date and you are the original owner, to take advantage of this service. During the registration process, you will be asked if you want to participate in the extended warranty .
Q How do I know if my product is eligible or not?
A Please visit us at https://service.aorus.com/extended_warranty.php to check our eligible extended warranty product.
Q How many days after registering the product, can I purchase the service?
A With eligible product registered within 90 days of purchase, you would have an option to purchase the extended warranty.
Q How many years can I extend from my current warranty for the eligible product?
A For any AORUS Extended Warranty eligible product, you will receive the full 5 years warranty after you register your product and your purchase of AORUS Extended Warranty . (5 years includes the original warranty.)
Q Can i cancel my purchase?
A All Extended Warranty purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Q Does extended warranty offer to other country other than U.S.?
A GIGABYTE/AORUS extended warranty service is only available to residents of the Contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
Q How much is the AORUS Extended Warranty?
A We offer our Extended Warranty Plans based on product MSRP. MSRP is based on current data by GIGABYTE, not the amount shown on your receipt.
Advance Cross-Ship
Q What is Advance cross-ship service?
A AORUS Advance Cross-Ship service Program protects your product in the rare case of failure. Rather than having to send in your product and wait for a replacement we will ship your replacement first and provide shipping both ways. This will minimize your computer system downtime and get you up and running as soon as possible.
Q How to purchase Advanced cross-ship service?
A Customers may purchase an advanced cross-ship at the time of registration, if registration is within 90 days of the purchase date and you are the original owner, to take advantage of this service. During the registration process, you will be asked if you want to participate in the advanced cross-ship service.
Q Can I transfer advanced cross-ship service to other people or product?
A GIGABYTE/AORUS Advanced Repair Service is non-transferable one-time use.
Q Can I cancel the service?
A All Advance cross-ship purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Q How to request for cross-ship service?
A After purchase Advance Cross-ship to your eligible product. you may request cross-ship service when you are ready to start your cross-ship RMA.

Q Can I request Advance cross-ship service to any of the AORUS product?
A The advance cross-ship program only offers to the eligible models.

Q Can I request the regular RMA before i purchase Advance Cross-Ship service?
A To activate cross-ship service, please purchase our Advance Cross-ship service before you proceed to request a RMA. Our system won’t have “Cross-ship” opton when you request the regular RMA if you did not purchase Advance Cross-ship service beforehand.
Q How many days should I return the defect product if I get the replaced product?
A You have 14 days (including weekdays and weekends) to send back the defective product when you receive the replacement. Charges will occur if the defective product is not returned within the 14 day time window.
Q What happen if i won't be able to send the defective product back to GBT?
A Charges will occur if the defective product is not returned within the 14 day time window.
Q How am I going to return the defective product after received the replacement?
A Please use prepaid shipping label that comes with replacement to return the defective product. By using the prepaid shipping label, our system would have the most updated shipping status of your return product.
