How do I accumulate Exp?
A
You can accumulate Exp by signing up for GIGABYTE AORUS membership, completing missions, joining events, submitting content, or registering GIGABYTE AORUS products on the site.

How is the membership period calculated?
A
Membership is valid for one year from the date you join. Your Exp earned during the membership period determines your status for the next term.
【Upgrade】 If your Exp during the period reaches the threshold for a higher level, your level will be upgraded immediately, and a new one year term begins.
Example: Member A is Silver (100 Exp) from 2025-10-01 to 2026-10-01. On 2026-01-01, they earn +200 Exp and are instantly upgraded to Gold (total 300 Exp) with a new term from 2026-01-01 to 2027-01-01.
【Downgrade】 If your Exp falls short of your current level by the end of your membership, your level will be downgraded at the start of the next term.
Example: Member B is Diamond (500 Exp) from 2025-10-01 to 2026-10-01. They earn only +180 Exp during this period. On 2026-10-01, their level is downgraded to Silver, and Exp resets to 0 for the new term.
【Renewal】 If your Exp during the period meets the requirement to retain your current level, your level continues for another year.
Example: Member C is Gold (200 Exp) from 2025-10-01 to 2026-10-01. They earn +250 Exp during this period, and their Gold status is renewed with 0 Exp for the new term starting 2026-10-01.

How do I earn AORUS Points?

You can earn points by signing up for GIGABYTE AORUS membership, completing missions, joining events, submitting content, or registering GIGABYTE AORUS products on the site.

What’s the difference between Points and Exp? Do points expire?
A
Points and Exp can be earned at the same time, but they serve different purposes. Points can be redeemed for member rewards, while Exp helps you level up and unlock more exclusive benefits.
Points are valid for two years from the date of issuance (UTC+0) and are deducted on a first-in, first-out basis.
※ The new membership launches on 2025-10-01. Points earned before that date will all expire on 2027-10-01. Points earned after that date will expire two years from the date of issuance.

When will my points be credited?
A
Most points (e.g., from product registration) are credited instantly. Some activity points will be credited at a scheduled time, as specified on the activity page.
All Point transactions can be viewed on the My Points page.

Can I get a refund after redeeming points?
A
No. Once redeemed, points cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

I’m already a Gold member. How do I receive my birthday bonus points?
A
Please enter your date of birth in your account profile. You’ll automatically receive 50 points on your birthday.

Can I merge points across different accounts?
A
No. Points and accounts cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or shared. Violation may result in Point cancellation and account suspension.

How do I redeem rewards?

Log in to your account and go to the Points&Rewards page. Select the reward you like and follow the instructions to redeem.

Is there a limit to how many rewards I can redeem?
A
No limit! As long as you have enough Points, you can redeem rewards. You can only redeem one reward in a single process.

Will there be new rewards in the future?
A
Absolutely! GIGABYTE will regularly update the reward catalog, including game codes, digital gift cards, and the latest GIGABYTE AORUS gear. Quantities are limited, so act fast!

I redeemed a reward but didn’t receive anything. What should I do?
A
A confirmation email is sent after each redemption. Please check your inbox or visit the My Activities page to check your reward status.

Can I have more than one member account?

No. Each member is allowed to register only one account using a single email address. Duplicate registrations are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in forfeited Points and account suspension.
